Buzz Words

This week on 20/20 the main topic of the show seemed to be real estate. One segment was on "Buzz Words to Look Out For". When you advertise a home or property how much thought do you put into the buzz Words? We all use them, they are legitimate selling tools. How do you think buzz words can evolve to overcome the negative press against them. When you choose a marketable term like cozy are you masking the fact that it is cramped and airless or do you mean cozy literally?

It is our stand that most real estate professonals do not benefit from misleading clients to the property. What do you think?
