The State of the High Rise in Las Vegas

For everyone involved in the industry: Builders, Brokers, Agents, Sales Directors - What do you really think about the future of real estate valuations along Las Vegas Boulevard (from downtown to South Strip)?

My personal opinion? A small hiccup due to the glut of vanilla boxes has hampered luxury and high rise sales a bit, but we'll recover quickly. Still a top, long term investment for serious investors who have the ability to hold for 5+ years.
