More About You: After 9 years as a Realtor, finding and negotiating properties for Investors, I was asked to attend an Intensive Workshop about Tax Strategies by an Investor Client. This was a real eyeopener for me, as such the Intensive was sponsored by Nouveau Riche University.
A Real Estate Investor Educational Program that beats all the others hands down! I immediately joined last year, and haven't looked back since! As of Oct. of 2007, NRU has over 10,000 members/students and growing. I go to the sessions down in Phoenix along with 3,000 others, learn, network and have a blast. I am now focusing on my own portfolio, able to help my clients at a much more knowledgable level, and refer people to NRU while earning a referral fee!
