What do you think of the MLS going national?

The NAR refers to it as a "national real estate data repository" that could serve as a building block for a nationwide MLS.

Some highlights:

  • The database would include comprehensive information for all categories of property, including residential and commercial properties and vacant land.
  • Properties in the repository could be flagged by status (for sale, for lease, etc.)

Rebecca,
So sorry this has taken so long in getting back to you. Lynne and I have been so busy here in Thailand....it is like the "Old West" here. Real estate is just beginning to come into its own and they have so much to learn. Lynne has just taken over as the Managing Director of parker bridge Property, Ltd and has been working with the 3 Thai/English agents here. I was also hired by the same owner to handle all Finance matters, new business development, investment projects and International currency mortgages for the US and European markets. So we have been very busy. This is bar-none the best place for retirees to invest and put their money and LIVE! We can offer them deals that they will never see or can ever afford in the US banking economy!
Hope to hear from you soon.
David and Lynne
