Most sellers have an emotional connection to their home and feel it deserves top dollar when being sold. Everyone naturally wants to get the most money for his or her product, but "sellers must not be hasty with this all-important decision," cautions real estate expert Robert Jenson, founder and CEO of The Jenson Group. "Indeed, the most common mistake that causes sellers to get less than they hope for is listing the sale price too high."

The Community Associations Institute estimates that nearly one out of every six Americans lives in a community association and that, in 2007, HOAs governed 23.8 million American homes and 58.8 million residents. And with significant economic impact, as the…

A lot has been said lately about housing, especially from the horror-story loving media. People love a tragedy, makes 'em feel better about themselves. Others just want the facts. Those who bought a home to live in it will be okay, and the surplus will be absorbed by 2009 to bring us back to "normal" levels.

What better way to help out current home owners that are in default, then to purchase the home and do a lease back option. Thus keeping the Real Estat…
